We flew from Brisbane to Auckland on Qantas recently, a route we fly regularly (3 times a month) usually on Virgin or Air NZ. The Qantas plane was old, and the headphone socket on my seat was broken. My partners TV screen was broken but she had audio so between us we had one working set. We also noticed the seat pitch is a lot shorter than what we are accustomed to on Air NZ and Virgin.
