we flew Easy Jet from Krakow, Poland to Edinburgh, Scotland in May 2012. The airline is a budget airline with passengers paying extra for additional items beyond the seat on the plane. Whilst the airline do try and up-sell you at almost every turn (from booking to check in to when you are seated on the plane) the customer service was excellent with the flight attendants having a great sense of humour. For a budget airline I would highly recommend them for value for money and a great attitude, we will definitely fly them again
