Philippine Airlines review by Alexandria 2014-02-10

The worst, by far, airline I've ever used. I used the airline back in 2012 and had a bad experience (as in, we had our room for the layover and I almost missed getting back on the plane because NO ONE from PAL decided to go wake me up... Another passenger (a STRANGER) came back to get me). Two years later, I decide to give them another try. I am unable to travel due to an emergency (companion hit my a double decker bus and not medically clear to fly) followed by a death in my family and they offer NOTHING to help. I wouldn't recommend this airline to my worst enemy...
