we flew air france from cdg to ghangzhou np. our connecting flight cz325was due to leave to aus at 9.00pm. we arrived at 4.55pm and waited, at around 7pm there was a severe storm which lasted aprox 1 to 1.30hrs which delayed flights. when services started after 10 pm we were told our flight was at least 2 hrs late but no public announcement in english and very uncoperative staff! we again asked around 11.30pm and were told another 2 hrs, we had no chinese cash and the sc staff gave us water and dry crackers for dinner! disgusting! we were then told there was an mechanical problem about 12.30 the airline crew left just after, then we were told at 1.30 we were not flying till 7.30am by this time all passengers were fed up with the lies and misinformation given to us, they then said we had to go to a hotel, at that time it meant we would only get about max 3 hrs sleep before we had to gt back to the airport, we refused! after spending the whole night at the terminal with no food and no sleep for many of us we were then told at 7am the flight was cancelled! we all were furiousand demanded to see the manager, we were told he was asleep, we said wake him, then more lies never again
