When the TSA staff is across the board friendlier than the airline employees, that says something. The Spirit staff was at best non-caring, at worst they were down right rude. My wife and I dealt with staff at 3 different airports and 4 different plane crews and everyone we had to interact with truly did not seem to want to be there, especially in Puerto Rico. They waited until the last possible moment to open the baggage check in line which caused people at the back of the line to miss their flights. I understand what bargain airline means but that doesn't give you the right to treat passengers this way. I will never again fly Spirit Airlines and will tell everyone who travels to pay a little extra to go with someone else.
