The airline appears to be newer with limited resources in both terms of equipment and staff so shortages can and do occur for this operator. My flight was on an A330 which was clean but not flashy, service was firm, but polite, the food was however insipid, entertainment options more than adequate on all legs flown. Fiji airlines win the day with offering great value for money!
