Flight from Ottawa to Kelowna on July 15th . When I arrived at the airport I asked for help for my boarding pass, and she walked away! On my flight from Vancouver to Kelowna I asked the male flight attendant to help put up my carry on luggage, and he said I don't do bags! On Air Canada you feel so alone! I have taken West Jet, and the customer service is much better! It is like night, and day. I took Air Canada cause they had a seat sale. I think next time I will make sure I take West Jet.
