No water and rude service!!! How can an airline with a very basic menu to choose from not have water available to buy? That was our frustration on a 5.5hr flight from KL to Perth. We were happy to pay but they just didn't have any. Totally unacceptable especially when our water gets confiscated as we go through customs. To add to this -with only 2 toilets in economy class, one of them was occupied for more than 20 minutes. As the queue grew i knocked on the door and shortly after one of the air hostesses emerged and started to bark abuse at me! Seriously? of all people, who would expect a crew member to selfishly occupy one of only two toilets for this long? Her berating of me continued as she stormed off, pulled the curtain shut behind me and continued in a loud voice to speak offensively. Quite honestly I make no apology as there were over 10 people queued up in the Isle waiting to use it. This may be a cheap Asian airline but If they intend to expand their flights to include Australia they need lift their game, groom their staff behaviour better and lift overall service. Check in was equally inefficient with very slow checkin staff
