Avianca review by Ryan 2014-06-07

I flew from Mexico City to Bogota with avianca. The flight was canceled and avianca staff did not offer a new flight or a hotel for 2 days so I was basically stranded in Mexico City with no hope of reaching my final destination (Quito). Finally after hours of explaining my situation to avianca staff at check-in the second day I was able to get on a flight. The flight was also delayed and I missed my connection in Bogota. The food was mediocre at best. It was the worst flight experience ever, avoid avianca at all costs!!!! I've flown budget airlines in Colombia and Brazil that make avianca look like a cheap bus line. What a joke.
