DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT! I am disgusted that there was absolutely NO compassion shown in regards to wavering a post-phonment fee for my Mother and I on our tickets to a later date of travel due to my brother-in-law having three seizures and being diagnosed with an aggressive tumor and having to be operated on immediately. Instead we were shunted from pillar to post between Singapore airlines and BYO jet with no resolve at all. A ticket that cost us $800 was now going to cost us $1400 to change. UNBELIEVABLE! I will for sure tell as many people as I can about this experience. Singapore has just become our least favourite airline!
