Business Class

Bad, poor customer service. On a flight from Montreal to LA my seat was broken in business class, the flight was full the flight attendand decided to downgrade me to economy and give me a $30 entertainment card. The flight back was delayed 5 hours, I was given $10 for inconvenience. Absurd, you lost a diamond customer AC, thank you for your customer disservice!
