Air New Zealand review by Bruce 2015-12-08

We used air New Zealand because after waiting on time at Wellington we were turned back by Jet star as they tried to tell us we were 2 minutes late to book in, when we were already there. They were rude and unbending, so our only way home was to fly ANZ. Sadly it cost us a large amount of money, but the treatment by the ANZ staff was wonderful. I will never use any airline other than Air New Zealand in the future. Thanks for your help. EDITORS COMMENT: The airline just won our airline of the year award for the third year running and customer service is one of the reasons they keep on winning -it's excellent!
