Norwegian review by Ying 2016-03-04

We had the worst experience flying Norweigian from Alesund -Oslo-London. The Alesund flight was delayed and we missed our connect flight from Oslo to London. The staff was not helpful at all at the airport sending us to different counters which didn't offer any solution. we then called their helpline we spoke to 8 people and get all different answers. And none of them was helpful and rude over the phone . We spent £500 in order to change the ticke to fly back yesterday but ended up buying another ticket with another airline to fly back to London and not getting refund for the used tickets due to none of our own fault. Will never fly with Norweigian airline again.
