Flew on return flight with PAL, cannot stress enough how poor the quality of their service is. The seat space is tiny and sub par, the minute the person in front of you reclines even slightly they are at your knees. The airline flight schedules are unreliable, and zero apologies will be issued when you are wronged so do not expect them. Staff are often incompetent and unhelpful, you practically have to do their job for them. Zero in flight entertainment on all domestic flights we took, the entire flight was a vibrating mess, giving everyone including myself a headache. Couldn't understand the in flight announcements as the plane was vibrating too much and too loudly. One landing we experienced actually had some people screaming and fearing the worst, it was so rough, loud and awful it felt like a minor crash. I could go on, however if I speak of some things such as delays etc. this will not be posted. Just beware of this pathetic excuse for an airline.
