Wow look at all these reviews. The sad thing is that nobody who runs the airline seems to care in the slightest that all of their customers have such horrible experiences. My wife was in teens due to the unbelievable mismanagement off this company. Our experience: 4 her delay, missed second flight, had to sleep over in some crap hotel. Missed a whole day of travel. The most common phrases we heard from staf were "there's nothing we can do about it," "I have no idea," and "Stop stressing out." The total confusion of all personnel was amazing. It was as if I (a chef) woke up tomorrow and went to go run an airline for the day. Yikes. We will never ever fly with them again and will be seeking a full refund of our fare. The only trip across the Atlantic that was worse than this would have been aboard the Titanic!
