During my flight from Dubai to Toronto on 21st July, I could see that the attitude of the cabin crew was not customer oriented. When I asked for water, the cabin crew's expression and body language was as if it was a very big deal and he was doing me a favor. In addition, there was a lady sitting next to me on the other aisle who had requested for a seat belt extension as the one fixed to the seat wouldn't fit her. She had requested at least 4 cabin crews and no one would bother. The last cabin crew was very rude to her and told her that she's not carrying the seat belt extension in her pocket.
