Thai Airways International review by Nathan 2013-06-11

Service has gone down hill, they used to be good but the cabin staff are very unwelcoming and dont even crack a smile and getting a drink for you is too hard for them and the food on the flight from bangkok was very average and not only that on arrival and departing bangkok we had to get a bus to and from the terminal to the aircraft and in the pouring rain mind you, not good enough !
