Flew from Sydney to Vancouver return. Seat map had 9 across in economy but to my surprised once on board I saw they had put in an extra seat and given it a 3-4-3 configuration. Disgraceful. Food was absolutely terrible, seats were uncomfortable and staff were not friendly for the most part.
