In all honesty, the absolute worst experience I have ever had flying. Everything was poorly handled and unprofessional. To start: they moved our flight time up 30mins without any notification. Needless to say we then missed our first flight, only to be forced to pay an additional $160 to be placed on the next available flight 4 hours later. From there baggage fees at the gate, a filthy plane and disgusting crew it was the worst day flying. All in all - I literally can't belive this company is still in business.
