Paid for my flight, checked in the night before fine. Then showed up in the morning to print off the tickets. We couldnt... so we went to the help desk. They found out that when we first bought the tickets my card had declined... they recieved an email about it but had forgotten to foward this "email notification" to me... so i was out of luck and would have to purchase tickets again!!! Are you kidding me!?? I went with another airline i trust. I will never buy a ticket through your airline again. Terrible customer service, and what is wrong with you and notifying your flyers about pricing. Never using your services again.
