Very expensive tickets combined with very poor service. They made me wait in 3 different check-in lines and every single employee was trying to convince me that I didn't pay for my luggage - while I had the confirmation that I did... This resulted in me running to my gate (me silly thought arriving 2 hours before departure to the airport when flying within Europe is enough)... After all this, the staff packed us in the plane which didn't leave for another 1,5 hours. I never had a punctual experience with the company, the flight attendants are generally okay, but the flights within Europe are 90% late. I'd rather fly with a low-cost airline because then at least I get what I payed for...
