Staff complacent and rude. Seats are horrible. They don't go back at all. If you have any back or leg issues, you will need med's or a chiro when you get to your destination.You pay for anything but water. They came around twice on a 5.5 hour flight. Both flight attendants were surly during the flight. Thought they'd take a page from Southwest and try to be funny over the intercom. Not so much. I told my wife to never book me on this airline again. I'll pay an extra 100 to get a seat that somewhat reclines, a soda at no charge, maybe a few nuts and a staff that at least appears to be concerned about your travel experience. If there were a minus rating it would get -3 stars. I've been flying for 45 years. Worst ever.
