Excellent Service! Our Daughter, lives in Rome teaching English, We Book many flights to Flumicino. This particular flight had a delay. We boarded the plane, the Pilot came out of the cockpit and stood at the head the plane , explaining there would be 1hr delay. As bad Fogg weather at Gatwick ,with high volume of traffic coming into uk they like to stagger the planes, give them space in the sky, when severe bad weather .The cabin crew came round with free drinks. And we could buy papers& magazines! Excellent efficient service. The flight took off as advised Well done Orange Easy jet plane! Excellent Team. Good value for money. 😄😃
