Have all praise for Air India for my recent flight from Nagpur to Mumbai. Had my mother with me who required wheel chair and I just had to inform them at ticketing window. Wheel chair was arranged promptly for pick up from parking till boarding and the attendant was very considerate in taking additional care, even asking for tea at the airport. Same way the cabin crew took good care and ensured wheel chair is available at landing in Mumbai. Kudos for the great service AI ! Thank you !
