British Airways review by Anthony 2016-09-09

My experience with British Airways a few years back was very poor. However, they seem to have improved extremely well both with the interior comfort with the airline but also with passenger service. Recently flew from the UK to and from Europe on three occasions in Business Class and have absolutely no complaints at all.
