This airline has a lot of hidden fee. The cabin baggage does not include the size of bags allowed in the US. You will be dinged on your way back from Europe if you carry a larger cabin bag. The food is mediocre at best and the crew is curt and need lessons in hospitality. At their main hub i.e.Oslo airport an information desk is missing. If you have a question about the connecting flight, GOOD LUCK. Never flying Norwegian again
