Was pretty disappointed by the flight and the service. I had already checked in online making sure I had a window seat for my 2 long haul flights. When I went to drop my bag off I was asked if I would like an upgrade, assuming this would be better I said yes however when I boarded the plane I found I was in the front row right in the middle, we were next to the toilets and people kept standing right in front of me, stepping on my bag. When I told the air hostess she just shrugged and didn't do anything. The seat on the next flight was worse, right in the middle of a row right near the back of the plane, I cannot see how that was an upgrade. There was an entertainment system but I found the selection of films/tv shows quite disappointing , my headphones didn't work and when I asked for some new ones the air hostess said they didn't have any more. The level of English spoken by the crew was quite bad, this is fine but then don't market yourself as an international airline then, I found them to be really unhelpful. To be fair this was the cheapest way for me to get from London to Australia but I will be paying the extra hundred quid next time to go with a decent airline.
