Frontier you made a potentially fun, surprise trip to the mountains/snow a complete debacle. You washed your hands of any customer service/service recovery by leaving people completely stranded, offering rude and completely frustrated limited personnel at the gates. Your monitors were incorrect with flight information. You delayed me and my kids for an 8 hour long wait until you cancelled our flight. Then you sent hundreds of people to a customer service line that was 4-6 hours long only to be told you have no flights for another 4-5 days and offering no solutions or vouchers for food, transportation, hotels, etc. NEVER AGAIN! My children's surprise cost me in excess of $1,000 to get us home and that's not including lost wages, food, transportations,and more. You have no remorse but watch, what comes around, goes around!
