flown with Aeroflot for the 1st time and the last time for sure.service was appalling the crew or the airport staff hardly speak any English and have attitude, at Moscow the departure gate had changed but they didn't think of making an announcement until the last minute therefore a long delay then if that wasn't bad when we got to Dubai our luggage was missing and no call from them to inform us what's happening and no luck trying to contact them either. 2 days later the luggage arrived.worst experience in my 10 years of travelling will not recommend Aeroflot to anyone and I would rather pay extra and travel with a another airline next time
