Absolutely awful. We couldn't buy ANY food or water before they served the people who pre-bought food. This was three hours. Then food was so ridiculously expensive. We had to pay $3.50 for water! The space between the seats was uncomfortable for me and I'm 5'1. Then, they lost our baggage and we have our wedding tomorrow!
