as bad an experience as i've ever had in 30 years of flying. customer service non-existant. my flight cancelled with no rebooking options and no help. was taking flight to connect with flight to Haiti the next morning. conclusions: 1) only fly this airline if you are quite flexible. if trip cancelled may be days before another flight available. 2) Customer service non-existant. if you run into a problem, don't expect much assistance. 3) discounts misleading as once you pay for a seat, carry on and any checked bags, discounted fees less than initially it would appear.
