My family and I are regulars on the route Bangkok - Manila (4-5 times/year). While the service on board is constantly good, food is decent, plane interior is okay (at least in relation to the price you pay), the customer service of the hotline is horrendous. Everything is fine until you try to make an amendment with the customer care team to something you have previously booked online. Having had three consecutive cases of the same, i feel its worthwhile sharing: Imagine to "Cancel to Rebook" a ticket. You then try to rebook it: 4 calls over three days, total time on phone: 1.5hrs (overseas call), call got dropped thrice. The "care team" is not able to access online rates (welcome to 21st century), it takes anything between 5 and 15 mins on hold to inquire about the price for a ticket change to a new date. You are not able to reach the original consultant after call was dropped. So we have communicated over and over and over to new consultants ad were not able to rebook a paid ticket - that we had to change due to a family emergency. Facebook customer care is sending a generic message with contact details of Thai office and bottom line i was blocked from their FB page. WOW! Time to
