Worst experience travelling ever! Our plain was to depart at 2:30 they sent us an alert at 9:45 that it was delayed till 4:30, then again at 11:30 that it was now delayed till 5:30, lastly we were sent at 2:10 our 2:30 flight was on schedule. We obviously missed that flight and called a representative to complain and figure what we needed to do. They told us we could take their 3:45 departure and there was space available on that flight. When we were checking our bags in, there were only 2 Southwest employees working which made it take an hour to move 20 people. Once we get to the rep there he told us the 3:45 flight was full and he doesn't know why they would have told us that. We where now stuck waiting for the next flight which wasn't until 7. Southwest will be a NO FLY for all of my family and friends from now on.
