i have traveled with oman air 6th time from dubai to bangkok, and can say i became a frequent flyer with oman air before, bcoz they were serving good, but this time today was my returning flight from bangkok to muscat and than dubai, but it was horrible, staff looks like so rude, i asked for replacement of a food as it was so smelly fish with potato, but they told me to wait and than said we dont have that is finished....i left hungry without eating anything in a 9 hours flight, after that even nobody asked if i could be hungry as its long flight, so we can offer alternate, that is called a customer service, i asked for a cofee after that, male steward was so rude, as they kept omani males and they posed like they r giving favor if passenger is asking anything. and he gave me black cofee without sugar and milk and left.... i had to request them again, in that case i would say emirates is the best, they care for their customers, i would definitely avoid using services of oman air Again as everybody has a self respect, i felt they insulted me today, which is so bad! i would not suggest anyone to use it.... as they became so rude! and if they will be like that, people have others als
