Economy Class

It is impossible to contact a human being at this airline should a problem occur. It is impossible to send an email as the form doesn't recognise email addresses. I pointed this out after being caught up in the Nairobi fire last summer. I have again had an incident with the airline in the last week and 10 months later am still unable to email or speak to anyone Hideously poor airline with no customer service.
