I did not have a good experience with air france, after a free rearrangement flight due to the situation in France ( a day later than original departure) on return home they decided to tell us we needed to pay double the original flight cost otherwise we would not be getting on this flight, nothing was mentioned to us on departure, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and more so that they were insistent on taking our money as quick as possible, but after we paid it took a further 20 minutes to authorise the payment. They refused to give us an invoice instead telling us it would be emailed to us, and pretty much 'shooing' us away, when we received the invoice back in England via email the stated payment was exactly half of what we had paid, upon emailing air France we got a reply with a flight voucher worth 1/4 of what the invoice stated, so 1/8 of what we had paid, but only to fly with them again, I will never step foot on an air France plane again
