I boarded Air India flight from Frankfurt Airport Germany. We were 2 guys travelling in a group. Despite having single ticket for both the pessengers, the crew staff gave different seats to us and didn't change it even when we reached 3.5 hours earlier. The behavior of the staff was very disappointing and rude. The services in the flight were pathetic. The cleanliness of aircraft toilets was completely ignored and no water supply in taps. choose Air Indian when you have no other option left.
