flew down with my family yvr - pvr . the crew where pretty good. the only beef i have with westjet it the terrible seats. we even paid to sit in the so called premium economy. the only benefit is the added leg room only if you get row 1. we got row 3 on the way back and its just like regular economy on any other normal carrier. the rest of the cabin has the worst pitch. and the seats are not comfy at all. the dash8 seats on Air Canada Jazz are more comfy. if you need to fly anywhere longer than an 1 hr try to go with Air Canada. just so your back isnt sore when you arrive!
