Unfortunately, you have people who are born negative complainers like Paul of Australia, No wonder. My wife and I fly Asiana consistently to/from USA and South East Asia for past five year in Business Class and are absolutely sold on Asiana for it's inflight/on the ground service. You can not find better, more professionals staff in today's world of aviation. Our upcoming flights are on their brand new A-380. Asiana is the best airline in the sky today. Try it and you will like it.
