Their service is very poor!!! Don't be fooled with the good reviews or you will regret in the end! Yes, their aircraft is nice but that's what it is all about! Staff should go back to customer service 101. And by the way, their company policy is all about them and not caring for customer's benefits at all!!! Selfish company I must say! I will definitely go back flying with Emirates from now on! If I know someone in BBC I would definitely with no hesitations share my worst nightmare with Singapore Air in international telly so everyone will know!!!
