Delta Air Lines review by Heather 2015-10-20

Plane was delayed over an hour because previous Delta flight had mechanical problems. Then when we finally got on plane there was mechanical problems with our plane as well. We sat on the plane for another hour and then was asked to get off plane. We waited another 45 minutes in the airport but the problem could not be fixed so they had to cancel our flight! Would NOT recommend this airline! Seems to me they have a lot of mechanical problems with their planes!!!!! EDITORS COMMENT: As frustrating as this is for all the passengers as well as it being a massive inconvenience, we think it's great that the airline would rather put up with 200 odd grumbling passengers and put your safety first.
