British Airways review by Ketan 2015-03-14

I travelled from JFK(New York)-Mumbai and back to New York. My overall experience was good but not the best. JFK to Mumbai journey was very good and travel time was very less compared to other airlines. However, while returning my layovers were in London and Manchester. Layover time was so less to transfer planes on a huge airport like London(LHR). So obviously I missed my plane from London to Manchester. I was running whole time during layover still couldn't catch the plane. Although BA providef direct plane from London to JFK. Food is average being Indian Vegetarian. In flight entertainment sucks except few good english movies. Staff was friendly and plane was clean.
