Air Canada review by Robert 2014-02-21

Flew with my wife from Toronto to Seattle(via Vancouver). We had one employee helping us at Toronto using the self-service counter and giving us some advice what to do after landing at Vancouver(very polite employee). On board though, I saw an Air Canada Stewardess having conversation with each other and the "F***" word being used several time while it can be heard by the nearby passengers, including some children sitting nearby. Very unprofessional. On our trip back, one of my luggage(newly purchased) was broken. I have flown with British Airways and have had very positive experience and exceptional customer service. I will not recommend flying Air Canada until they clean up their act.
