United Airlines review by Martin 2014-01-17

United Airlines stole $300 from me for no reason. I bought a plane ticket from Mexico city to Seattle WA , UA cancels the flight 18 hours prior to departure and they did not find accommodations for my 16 year old son for the next 3 days. I had to buy him a ticket with another carrier and UA refunded only $150 back even when it wasn't my fault that the flight got cancelled. On top of that, they checked in my son's luggage, sent it to Texas and as been lost for more than a week. I will never use them again.
