If you can avoid Gol Airlines, do it. If you have any special need that requires any action from Gol employees or if you are elegible for priority treatment, Gol is not your company because they will let you know that they consider you a huge problem that disturbs their job. They have no idea about how to manage a priority line. Last month I travelled to Porto Alegre and my flight gate was changed 3 times in less than half an hour. Also, if you are not a protuguese speaker you will be in trouble: Gol people usually speaks a very poor english, they only know flight numbers and gate numbers and they are not able to provide information in english.
