Very poor experience resulting in thousands of dollars of charge for FA booking staff mistakes which have not been refunded. All calls to customer service blame some "other" department but in the end, customer pays. The other poor reviews summarize the issues very well and will not repeat other than to say all of our staff have had similar issues for last four months. Even government agency "watch dogs" do not seem to care that this airline is a black eye on the entire country. The consistent lack of service and costs to our company have been a major factor in our completely pulling back on initial planned investments in the country since AF is the primary airline, domestically and internationally, servicing Fiji.
