The absolute worst experience of my life. They screwed up our information so epically that we ended up going to three destinations instead of our pre scheduled direct flight from PHX to PHL. A 6 hour flight ended up taking 12+hours. That's not the worst however, and for the record I'm leaving the bulk of the screw ups out of this to save space,they offered us nothing... Nothing to make up for this. Didn't even seat us together. Save yourself the headache and take a mule cart the next time you want to travel instead of these jerks.
