Two words .. "THE WORST". Even $1 fare is $1 too much. This was my first experience, and safe to say last one, with them. Where do I start... 1. Flights are always delayed .. not just mine, seems every flight, every day.. For both my outbound and inbound, aircraft was at gate for hrs.. just no flight crew !!! 2. They lost all my bags.. ruined 1 1/2 days of my family vacation... with no explanation / accountability other than a few "Robot" gate agents who ask you to fill out paperwork.. 3. Non-Existent customer service.. 3 Hrs on phone bouncing from dept to dept to figure out how to get my bags sooner...or have them take care of expenses.. No one available who can make decision and just eger to hand off to another department. 4. On flight back, finally landed at after 2:00 AM at my destination (ATL). Train between terminals do not work at that hr.. Spirit had 1 bus!!! So 30 Passengers at a time to baggage claim.. Each trip about 20 mins... and about 200 passengers in the plane ... You do the math.. Lots of people, including us, had to walk 40+ mins to get to baggage claim.. Worst part .. This all seems business as usual for them..
