Economy Class

After arriving in Paris from Australia they lost my suitcase for 2.5 days, their policy states I am entitled to a miserly E100 per day which is NOT TRUE anyway, sent off the claim recorded delivery with all the receipts etc. received a confirmation email with a promise of another response within 3 weeks, well after 4 months I found myself chasing them up, they have now lost my claim and offered E100, they say the matter is closed and they have been fair!? this is on top of my return flight being cancelled to the next day while I was at the airport which they gave me only 2 lunch vouchers for my comfort, I will never use this Airline again because I have zero faith in their customer care, Air France treat their customers like they are nothing!
