My Outbound Journey to Bangkok was really good, however the Return Journey was dreadful. My seats on both connecting Flights either would not Recline or stay in the Reclining Position. Foot Rests were Non Existence, TV Console/Earphones didnt work properly. Food was below average. All these made worse by the Total Incompetence and lack of Coordination of the Ground Staff at the Boarding Gate in Dehli. The consequence of this was a 45 minute delay.
